ISLAMABAD: The Judicial Commission of Pakistan (JC) on Tuesday stayed proceedings on the orders of the Supreme Court (SC) to probe alleged audio leaks.
According to details, the second meeting of the three-member judicial commission headed by Justice Qazi Faez Isa was held to investigate the alleged audioleaks, Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Amir Farooq and Chief Justice Balochistan High Court Naeem are part of the Afghan Commission.
At the beginning of the meeting, Justice Qazi Faez Isa addressed the Attorney General and said, "Attorney General, I think any court order has come, do you have a copy of the court order?"

He said that the commission was formed under the Inquiry Act, we were given a responsibility under the law, maybe the commission was given a difficult responsibility, can we refuse the difficult task under the law and your oath?
The head of the commission remarked that this responsibility can cause mental agony for us, I am surprised that the decisions of the Supreme Court are binding on everyone, confused that the decisions of the Supreme Court do not apply to the Supreme Court.
Justice Qazi Faez Isa said that the lawyer should also read his code of conduct, a lawyer should ask the client for one million in the name of the judge, will the privilege of privacy also apply to such conversations, we also used to practice as lawyers.
